William "Peyton" Akers is a proud member of the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association and a lifelong native of Williamsburg, Virginia. After graduating from Jamestown High School, he earned his Bachelor of Arts from Virginia Commonwealth University, where he simultaneously acquired skills in leadership and philanthropy as a brother in the Theta Delta Chi fraternity. He continued his education by earning his Juris Doctor from Regent University School of Law.

Following law school, he pursued his dream of being a trial attorney with the intention and goal of giving back to his community. Mr. Akers quickly developed a reputation for being an aggressive, yet compassionate litigator, landing him a spot on the list of the top 40 under 40 criminal defense attorneys for The National Trial Lawyers.

Yulia Kovregina, Esq.

Yulia L. Kovregina is a distinguished civil litigator with a rare international foundation in law, having first practiced civil law in Russia, where she earned her first law degree, before continuing her legal career in the United States. She holds both a Master of Laws (LL.M.) and a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the prestigious Marshall-Wythe School of Law at the College of William & Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia.

Licensed to practice in Virginia, New York, and Washington, D.C., Ms. Kovregina brings a refined, multi-jurisdictional approach to every matter she handles. Before becoming a named partner, she served as an associate attorney, where her strategic insight, integrity, and steadfast commitment to clients quickly established her as a trusted leader within the firm.
